The SharePoint and Comms consultant will review and improve the Digital Products SharePoint landscape, create and update content, and manage migrations. This role emphasises Data and Analytics, ensuring accurate communication materials.

Description
1. Developing and executing on D&A Strategy SharePoint page and key updates material
2. Assessing and updating current key data platform/product reference material across D&A to simplify, have an integrated suite, make more SharePoint page (rather than slide) centric - this material needs to have a summary level that is 'business user friendly', alongside deeper technical material, and includes multi-modal such as a few short video snapshots etc.)
3. Develop new material (in line with above principles) for the evolving landscape such as Lakehouse, Data Product Operating Model
4. Assess the current state of our various communication channels and forums across Digital Products including D&A and redesign to simplify, have an integrated suite, template based to be light for teams to maintain on a day to day basis
5. Develop reference material, in a variety of formats as appropriate, either as current material in need of revamp, or rough worked materials that need to be shaped into good assets
Profile
- Designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and O365 solutions for corporate customers
- Working with stakeholders to design, redesign and implement SharePoint sites and information architecture
- Providing best practice recommendations on design of SharePoint sites and ways of working for M365
- Writing reference and communications materials on technical topics tailored for various channels and audiences, with a keen eye for detail, excellent written skills
- Being a self-starter who has led SharePoint and M365 development/migration projects
