Information Management Program is undergoing an exciting transformation, moving towards a modern enterprise Intranet and SharePoint Online platform. As part of this journey, I am seeking talented Content Editors to help migrate and adapt content from legacy intranet and SharePoint sites to the companies new platform.
Description
- Migrate content from current intranet/SharePoint to the new platform.
- Collaborate with Content Owners to review, edit, and adapt existing content to meet new standards.
- Coordinate content creation efforts with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT professionals.
- Assist in the creation and updates of migration plans.
- Guide business on content cleanup tasks and mapping to new architecture.
- Other duties as required.
- Experience with intranet content development and best practices.
- Understanding of information architectures (IA) and site structures.
- Experience leading content migration projects in agile frameworks.
- Ability to provide training on modern enterprise platforms.
- Experience in user acceptance testing.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Proficiency in SharePoint content management systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for the web.
- Experience with content migration projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
