About the role and team
Our People and Culture Division is focused on driving capability, productivity, and performance, organising ourselves to work together effectively, and making our employee experience better. Important work is delivered by our Culture and Engagement Team who manages activities to facilitate and manage activity to support the evolution of our culture.
We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Manager Culture and Experience (Speaking Up) to implement strategic initiatives focused on driving our Speak Up Culture. As an experienced leader with a strong background in driving cultural, behavioural, and capability shifts you’ll bring your broad expertise across a range of engagement methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

As the Manager Culture and Experience (Speaking Up) you will:
- Take ownership and accountability for the program of work designed to uplift our Speaking Up culture including defining the scope and approach for the plan
- Deliver project plan, including design of actions, communications plan and change management
- Define measures of success to assess the design and implementation of the effectives of the plan
- Use project delivery disciplines (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, people, communications, and risk) to achieve the highest level of business success and uptake
To be successful in the role, you'll have:
- A relevant tertiary degree in Organisational Psychology or experience delivering organisational culture change programs in large, regulated institutions
- Demonstrated experience within a financial services or similar professional environment
- Proven capabilities and thorough exposure to organisational development and design, project management, as well as change management methods and techniques
- Previous experience working on cultural change programs; ideally in designing and delivering Speaking Up programs
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with the ability to influence and work with senior business leaders to execute to drive and implement culture interventions
- An understanding of regulatory cultural expectations
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to create compelling insights and recommendations using quantitative and qualitative data
