You will play a key support role within the Office of the CEO and will utilise your strong written and verbal communication skills to support the agency’s engagement program as well as delivering strong corporate communications for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be responsible for
- Providing communications and project management support to the communications team and the Agency.
- Working closely with the Government Communications Manager, coordinating and managing statutory reporting requirements, Ministerial and secretariat functions and the production of agency publications.
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to support the implementation of communications strategies that build and enhance the agency’s corporate reputation.
What you'll work on
- Undertake communications projects and tasks which involve information gathering, problem solving and the development of written materials for a range of channels.
- Support the preparation of briefings and reports, speech notes, correspondence, corporate publications, articles, media releases, and other communication materials as required. You will also support the delivery of critical incident and emergency communications as required.
- Provide publishing support for the corporate website, social media, and Tourism Tasmania industry newsletter.
- Implement your excellent administration and organisational skills, and understanding of enterprise systems, to ensure effective record management, reporting, and the development of tools or systems to enhance business processes and create efficiencies.
