Communications & External Affairs Advisor

12-month temporary contract for an experienced Communications & External Affairs Advisor Your new company Established resources' organisation with a global presence. Your new role
You will play a pivotal role as part of the communications and External Affairs team, providing advice on the development and implementation of communications strategies. The position will see you support change and project communications, stakeholder engagement and community relations in regard to the organisation operations.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Contribute to stakeholder and strategic communications initiatives in support of operations and transition projects.
Prepare and implement Communications Plans across internal and external channels.
Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications materials in support of change management and project delivery
Develop narratives, publications, visual materials, website, and Co-digital content.
Produce a range of creative content and communications materials.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in communications, change management or relevant discipline.
Previous experience working within an industrial or operational environment is highly desired.
Proven experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of government and community relations is highly desired.
Proven ability in working on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering successful outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
