Position Overview:
As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that inform, inspire, and engage employees across all levels of the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping our internal narrative, facilitating two-way communication channels, and promoting a sense of belonging and shared purpose among our client's diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans that align with our client's goals, values, and business objectives.
- Create compelling content for a variety of channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, email communications, town halls, and video messages, to effectively convey key messages and foster employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leaders and department heads to cascade organizational updates, initiatives, and announcements in a timely and transparent manner.
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms and tools, ensuring accessibility, usability, and relevance for all employees.
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms and employee listening channels to gather insights, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement in communication practices.
- Proven experience 5 years in communications roles, preferably in a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audiences and communication channels.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving employee engagement and culture.
