The Role
Great Southern Grammar is a leading education institution. We are committed to providing students with a well-rounded education that imparts valuable life skills and prepares young people to participate and achieve in their community and society. The School is excited to announce the new role of Marketing and Communications Manager, a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Principal. This position will lead, manage and implement the School’s marketing communications and development strategies with the aim of establishing, promoting and enhancing the School’s profile and reputation to maintain and increase student enrolment. This role requires a strategic leader capable of working closely with the Principal and Executive team to develop and execute strategies than align with the School’s vision and mission. As MCM you will be responsible for effectively communicating with our target audience, develop strategies to increase engagement and create advertising plans to promote Great Southern Grammar. In addition to development and strategic planning, you will actively participate and have a hands-on approach for the practical implementation for marketing campaigns, communication and development.
The position is full-time with six weeks annual leave and an additional five days leave over the Christmas/New Year week.
