About the Role
You will lead and execute the communications function to strengthen the brand and promote the organisation's value proposition. You will develop and implement the communication plan through various campaigns including event promotion, digital marketing, social media, and newsletters. Assist in delivering successful events, conferences, and forums.
Experience or an interest in the agriculture industry is desirable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement the communications and branding strategy.
- Execute campaigns and brand collateral across multiple channels eg. website, social media, and publications.
- Promote events, member services and advocacy initiatives.
- Manage event logistics of conferences, workshops, and forums.
- Manage reporting, and analytics and oversee the budget.
- Conduct administrative and Ad hoc duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in a communications, marketing, or events role.
- A keen interest or understanding of the agricultural industry.
- Highly strategic and competent across digital platforms.
- Confident with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- A can-do attitude, adaptable and proactive.
- Highly collaborative team player with a small business mentality.
