We are currently seeking a creative and highly organised individual to join our LAU marketing team as the IMC Specialist in Sydney on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Reporting to our Connections Planner, you will drive, execute and amplify brand ideas across multiple platforms and connection points for our core beer portfolio, which includes Tooheys, XXXX, Hahn, Byron Bay Brewery, Furphy and Heritage brands.
Creativity: Develop and inspire agency partners and internal teams to elevate creative content across all channels once the creative idea is approved.
Connections Planning: Collaborate with key agency partners to shape and implement a connections architecture that meets KPIs and ensures an integrated campaign across multiple touchpoints.
Drive Consistency: Ensure a consistent narrative throughout all touchpoints, including creative ideas, visual identity and messaging.
Planning: Lead the process to ensure clarity of communication timelines and the timely delivery of all projects.
Data & Optimisation: Use available data to build insights and optimise campaign effectiveness, including post-campaign reporting and recommendations.
Digital & Social: Lead strategy and execution aligned with the connections strategy across key digital and social channels, directly or with digital agency support.
About You:
Influence & Communication: Ability to brief, inspire, and influence agencies to deliver world-class creativity and connections within the idea's guardrails.
Consumer Insight: Expertise in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to connect with consumers effectively.
Drive Accountability: Ability to hold internal partners and agencies accountable for on-time project delivery.
Performance Marketing: Ability to draw insights from research and performance tracking to optimise creative/media plans.
Curiosity & Learning Agility: Actively seek ways to better engage with consumers.
