About the Role:
As our Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's narrative and outreach efforts. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various mediums including written, video, and imagery. Your creative ability will drive the creation, management, and promotion of marketing, communication, and event materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit captivating marketing and communications materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
- Strategically promote communications and marketing materials across diverse social channels.
- Analyse and track campaign analytics, providing insightful reports on successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all communications and marketing material adhere to brand standards, maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective communications strategies and campaigns.
- Support the organisation in managing media inquiries and developing timely responses.
About You:
Are you an engaging and innovative communicator with 1-2 years of experience? We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses experience with a range of platforms including WordPress, Publicate, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
- Thrives on engaging with customers and staff through various communication platforms.
- Demonstrates initiative and a passion for driving meaningful engagement.
- Embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions to communication needs.
