Our consultants are responsible for helping the organisation win work and deliver its services, training, and products to our clients. Our primary services, training and products focus on the planning and delivery of proactive, professional community and stakeholder engagement. While this role will support this delivery, it is also designed to add a greater depth of communications capability to our offering and even broaden our offering to clients.
Depending on the project requirements, this role will design communication strategies to complement our engagement work, create the content, and deliver the strategy to achieve the best outcomes. This role work will be client-facing and either support existing engagement projects or broaden our offering to support clients with their communications needs.
We are looking for someone that is creative, enthusiastic about people and able to build strong relationships with clients, their stakeholders, and the communities they seek to engage. You will be an advocate for engagement and embrace the International Association for Public Participation’s (IAP2) core values and have an understanding of the IAP2 models and a variety of methods of delivery. We want your eye for detail and ability to shape the delivery of important messages to the media, online, and wider community.
This person will understand how to manage complex relationships and dynamics and help organisations to navigate the tensions that can occur in the gaps between what is possible, what is desirable, and what is deliverable.
