Community Care Client Service Coordinator

Huon Regional Care is a distinguished provider of Community and Aged Care Services in Tasmania.

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time (50 hours per fortnight) Client Services Coordinator to enrich our Community Care Team.  This pivotal role ensures the efficient management and coordination of Huon Regional Cares's Community Care Staff, ensuring service delivery to our valued Community Care clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day roster of Community Care Staff to ensure efficient shift allocations.
• Strategically match Community Care staff with clients considering factors such as personality, skill set, scheduling preferences, and staff availability.
• Accurately roster clients with staff based on various criteria including location, time, skills and specific client needs.
• Maintain effective communication with Community Care Staff, Case Managers, clients and sub-contractors.
• Proficiently utilizing our client management system Sandwai, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Reconcile daily rosters and ensure compliance with employees contracted hours and work obligations.
• Coordinate the rostering of new employees and facilitate efficient onboarding processes.
• Address and resolve employee queries relating to their roster promptly and professionally,
• Liase with relevant external stakeholders to optimise service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• proven experience in rostering or scheduling roles
• exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• a collaborative team-orientated approach with a genuine compassion for Aged Care.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
