About Your Role
This position is responsible for the oversight day to day operational management of nursing and other clinical and non-clinical support services for Community Care Sites in either the Wagga Wagga, Griffith or Regional Networks. The Clinical Operations ManagerCommunity Care ensures that nurse staffing and other resource requirements for population health/Community Care service needs are meet within the allocated budget. The position has responsibility for guiding the development and implementation of contemporary models of practice and development and monitoring of staff review within the framework of the Workforce Strategic Plan, whilst being is a lead role in setting the management and coordination of service delivery across the Community Care Network. The role monitors patient care delivery with a focus on improving systems and processes within the facility through liaison with key stakeholders and works within their teams to act as an advocate for patients/clients and staff and promotes consumer involvement in care delivery.
