Why work for MHA Care?
Wherever the difficulties of the healthcare industry lead us, we're one team encouraging one another to explore new ideas. We regard you as a person as opposed to just a employee. You'll discover that even busy managers will take extra time to discover what truly motivates them and where they can bring new talents and value. Our managers now focus on the same things for our employees because MHA Care prioritises helping our customers live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Compassion is at the heart of what we do.
We recognise and honour our employees' achievements. From offering assistance with career development to taking care of our employees' emotional health through the Employee Assistance Program. The knowledge that we take the time to care about what's important to you and your life outside of MHA Care gives us no better motivation to show up for work each day.
