DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• As the Community ConnectionsSupport Officer you will assist with the Older Adults Community Connection Program, including aassisting in the delivery of social lunches and on day trips with older adults in the community.
• Assisting with the delivery of Age Friendly events.
• General administration duties
SKILLS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
• Communication/ interpersonal skills: written and verbal communication, friendly, responsive, approachable, ability to build rapport with people.
• Organizational skills: ability to prioritise tasks, time management, documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Teams
SKILLS PREFERRED:
• Basic proficiency in office tasks such as filing, scanning and document management
• Comfort with using basic office software (eg MS Office) and willingness to learn new software and databases
