- Help build the social impact measurement and community investment reporting
As the Community & Employee Giving Specialist you’ll enhance the organization's social licence by effectively administering the Group's engagement and relationships with community groups, aligned with the community investment strategy. This role involves managing the workplace giving framework, known as Collective Giving, and contributing to the development of social impact measurement and community investment reporting. Additionally, the specialist ensures adherence to the community engagement budget, fostering a strategic and impactful community involvement.
What you’ll do
- Manage a coordinated and strategic focus on community investments, including partnerships, implementation, management, and review
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative, financial, and management systems to ensure best practice in community investment
- Develop and maintain cooperative, productive, and professional working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve a strategic approach to community investment advice and information
- Assist with the execution of the Group’s community investment accountabilities and governance, including organizing papers for committees and working groups, and supporting impact reporting
- Coordinate communications around various community investment activities and milestones, including community partner activation planning and management
- Day-to-day management of Collective Giving (Employee Giving framework), including vendor management, employee volunteering, payroll giving matching, reporting, and governance
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of initiatives
- Effective stakeholder management, fostering productive relationships with internal and external partners
- Budget management expertise to maintain financial accountability within community investment activities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and impactful information dissemination
- Attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills, ensuring accuracy and focus on critical tasks
