About the Role: Our dedicated Community Fundraising team is currently looking for a part time (0.5 FTE), 12 month, fixed term, Community Fundraising Specialist to join our Redfern, SYD office with hybrid working arrangements. If you are inspired to join our dynamic team of fundraising professionals bringing hope where it’s needed most this is the perfect role for you. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a national Community Fundraising strategy as well as lead national coordination and execution of year-round campaign and Community Fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national community campaigns example Red Shield Door Knock and Christmas campaign Develop and implement best practice volunteer journeys Provide a point of reference, process, legislation & regulation for community events to stakeholders across The Salvation Army (TSA) Utilise, maintain and develop our online Fundraising platforms example raisely.com Coordinate sponsored challenges and fundraising activities example City to Surf Ensure all elements of campaign, peer to peer strategy is planned for and supported Create and maintain national process documents for engaging in Third Party fundraising activities About you: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent/relevant work experience Previous marketing/fundraising experience with databases and online peer to peer fundraising platforms is highly desirable Excellent time management and the ability to multitask Advanced Excel skills
