We are open and flexible to a full time and part-time for this position.
PGCNV is one of the primary providers of family and domestic violence services in the Northern Corridor, which includes Three Safe Accommodation sites.
In addition to the provision of accommodation services, PGCNV ensures timely and effective provision of advocacy, referral information and support to women and their children seeking relief from the impact of domestic violence.
About You
As the Community Engagement Coordinator at PGCNV you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of marketing activities and partnerships opportunities that both support the commitment to high-quality services and support to clients and elevate the financial sustainability of the organisation.
In this role, the focus will be on:
- Developing and maintaining a grants calendar
- Grant and tender applications and process
- Operational marketing plan
- Annual reports including preparation, design and organising distribution.
- PGCNV website and social media plans and platforms
- Quality input for inclusion to the CEO reports
- Budget expenditure for marketing
- Corporate relationship management
- Community enquires.
- Events and promotions – including representing PGCNV.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations
- A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing / fundraising role including strategy development and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced social media knowledge
- Proven ability to:
- identify new opportunities / grants and develop proposals.
- manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- effectively manage stakeholder data (CRM)
- work independently and manage projects successfully.
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity.
- Open and collaborative approach to you work and relationships.
You shall also need to possess:
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Working with Children Card
- Current ‘C’ Class WA Drivers Licence
