Who are we looking for?

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the Anglican and Community network.

Your primary objective will be to develop a sustainable pipeline of support resources, encompassing financial donations and beyond. You will serve as a crucial link between the services we provide and our community stakeholders, facilitating deeper engagement and support.

What can you expect to be doing?

• Community engagement
• Campaign and event coordination
• Database management and administration
• In Memoriam
• Relationship management
• Research, identify and establish new School, Parish and Community partners to generate additional fundraising income and new partnership opportunities
• Work with community partners to maximise existing income and generate new opportunities
• Coordinate and execute fundraising events and presentations with partners and support the achievement of fundraising targets.

What do you need to bring?

• Qualifications in Fundraising and or Marketing, Certificate/Diploma level or equivalent experience
• Exceptional effective communication and public speaking skills
• Friendly and approachable demeaner
• Using your care and compassionate
• An adaptable & highly autonomous approach with the ability to hit the ground running
