Our local employer is looking for responsible and hardworking people to join their team, who can also demonstrate an ability to undertake the following but not limited to:
Provide effective tenancy management - Support tenants with:
• Filling out forms and documents
• Locate tenants
• Provide advice on the Community
• Support tenants to report maintenance
• Act as an advocate for tenants with housing concerns
• Education on the Living Strong - Healthy Living Program (HLP)
Support Tenancy Contract Officers (TCO) with:
• Delivering letters and notices
• Attending ingoing or outgoing inspections
• Attending new tenancy agreement sign ups
• Attending transitional agreement sign ups
• Attending Housing Reference group meetings as requested by management
Support lntract with:
• Ensure all interactions are compliant with Residential Tenancies Act and all other relevant legislation.
• Attendance of twice weekly team meetings
• Identify potential CHO's to work effectively across all communities
• Supporting your team with work attendance
• Working well in a team environment and on your own
Recording and documentation
• Ensure you record all interactions in TMS
• Record H LP on an excel spreadsheet
• Complete vehicle start ups every Monday
• Respond in a timely manner to emails
• Complete your timesheet daily in Connex
• Other administration as directed by your manager
MUST HAVE
Have good communication skills
• Have good computer skills, email and spreadsheets
• Provide cover when other staff are on leave
• Attend training and work functions in Darwin as requested
• Attend work at the nominated time or advise your manager of non-attendance no later than 0815 via phone call or text
• Have a drivers licence
