AddressLead the work of the Community Hub activities in close liaison with the WRPS Principal, Wellbeing Team and School Improvement Team by:
· Develop and implement an annual work plan in line with Community Hubs and school¿s guidelines
· Collaborate with WRPS staff, neighbourhood Community Hub members to deliver coordinated activities.
· Create opportunities to develop community programs that build the capacity of parents and caregivers to participate in the development and life of the Community Hub and community.
· Be proactive in sourcing, writing grant applications and evaluation reports to attract resources that align with the focus of the school¿s family engagement agenda.
· Integrate into the WRPS Wellbeing Team to strengthen school and local community partnerships that respond effectively to the needs of families.
· Develop relevant documentation for the Community Hub for meetings, data collection, promotional brochures and publicity articles for newsletters and media.
· Continue to pursue own professional growth to ensure quality service delivery.
