The opportunity As the Community Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a social and community support strategy that uses professional partnerships and technology to reduce cost and drive customer advocacy. You'll be a natural collaborator and self-starter, looking for something to make your own in a supportive team environment.

  Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

  Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams
