We are seeking a dedicated Community Impact Facilitator to deliver high-quality disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage, inspire, and motivate young audiences through both in-person and virtual workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Captivate and educate school-aged students through captivating disability inclusion workshops, both in person and virtually.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with schools, gathering valuable teacher feedback to enhance our impact.
- Embody our brand values and serve as a powerful ambassador for our cause.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Deep understanding of living with a disability, with the ability to share personal stories that resonate with the message of social inclusion.
- Experience in presenting, teaching, or performing, especially with school-age groups.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate young audiences through various mediums.
- Eagerness to learn and retain content for impactful presentations.
- Eligibility for a valid Working with Children Check.

- Strong administration skills and a knack for following processes.

Terms:
- Initial contract running until the 30th of September
- 3 days per week
- Hybrid working // present over Zoom and in person at schools across Sydney
