Position: Community Liaison Officer
Status: Permanent Part-time position (25 hrs p/w)

- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months from issue date)
- Hold a current working with children check card
- Hold a current Driver’s license
- Strong knowledge (or ability to acquire) around the Family Assistance Law, Childcare Subsidy Provider Handbook and Additional Childcare (Wellbeing) Subsidy Provider Handbook and the application of these into CCS service types
- Knowledge of QIKIDS and operational experience managing new enrolments
- Ability to travel regularly
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and high level of cultural intelligence
- Organisational skills including include general organising, planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to comply with the organisation’s code of ethics, vision (spirit), policies and procedures and to support the organisations culture
- Experience in building successful relationships with staff, families, and community
- Experience in achieving excellence at management level in an early education and care setting
