Responsibilities:
- Identifying and creating connections with local high schools and community organsisaitons in the northern suburbs.
- Working closely with our youth consultants to place young individuals into meaningful activities, helping them with their future goals
- Focus on ‘can-do’ jobs or activities for our Transition to Work participants and help them build confidence to support themselves
- Promoting our Transition to Work program to youth who may be at risk of disengaging from school
- Meeting targets of registering youth and getting them connected to the community
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Work well independently and in a team setting.
