What we offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and creating connections with local high schools and community organsisaitons in the northern suburbs. 
  • Working closely with our youth consultants to place young individuals into meaningful activities, helping them with their future goals
  • Focus on ‘can-do’ jobs or activities for our Transition to Work participants and help them build confidence to support themselves
  • Promoting our Transition to Work program to youth who may be at risk of disengaging from school
  • Meeting targets of registering youth and getting them connected to the community

About you:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Work well independently and in a team setting.
