The Role: Senior Mental Health Nurse RPN4 – Specialist Older Adults Consultation Service SOACS Bundoora Site

We have opportunities for experienced Mental Health nurses (RPNs Grade 4) in our newly developed Specialist Older Adults Consultation Service. If you are excited by the opportunity to work in a new service and use your specialist aged Mental Health experience and skills to optimise the health and wellbeing of the Older Adult consumers in the north, now is the time to join our service. The Specialist Older Adults Consultation Service commenced on 1st July 2023.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Equivalent
- A specialist Mental Health nursing qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in acute Mental Health
- An enthusiasm and commitment to work within and help build an exciting new service
