An exciting and rewarding opportunity for a temporary full-time receptionist exists at the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Mental Health Service, one of the highest performing Mental Health services in NSW.
The role provides front line customer service and general administrative support within a very busy, dynamic environment to assist us in achieving excellence in Mental Health care. If you are a team player with strong communication and administrative skills who is patient, kind and organised with previous success in a similar role we would love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
The Receptionist is pivotal to the operations of Mental Health Community Services, taking responsibility for:
- Greeting consumers and visitors, answering phones, taking messages, coordinating appointments
- Managing day to day operations including room bookings, office supplies, medical records, mail, data entry and meetings
