Address Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Nurse located at Mildura VIC to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing essential nursing care out in the community whilst promoting health and well-being for the elderly. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday.

$46.50 - $47.50 per hour Salary | Car Allowance
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals within the community setting.
Collaborating with home care to ensure the well-being clients
Conducting health assessments, developing care plans, and administering necessary treatments.
Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 3 years of community nursing experience is essential.
Preferably, 5 years of overall nursing experience in the nursing/aged care industry.
Demonstrated experience in respite care is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
