About the facility
Barwon Health's McKellar Centre is located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. There is a 100 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Centre (IRC) offering Rehabilitation, Palliative care and Geriatric Evaluation and Management.
The North Wing is located in the IRC. It consists of 27 beds, both Stroke / Neurological Rehabilitation and Palliative Care inpatients.
About the role
You will provide leadership in the planning and delivery of a high quality service with the support of a dedicated team. You will be responsible for the clinical and financial performance of the North Wing with support from the IRC Program Manager.
You will undertake budgeting, recruitment and quality improvement initiatives with the support of the Community Health, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care directorate. You will also have a variety of opportunities to further develop your professional skill sets.
