Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare by providing high-acuity care beyond hospital walls? We're seeking experienced nurses to join our Hospital in the Home Division (HITH) and deliver personalized patient experiences for better clinical outcomes.Benefits:
- Shifts available, Monday to Sunday (7am-3pm)
- Work directly with clients in their homes, visiting up to 7 clients a day
- Deliver top-quality hospital-level care
- Previous experience in Emergency, Surgical, and Medical departments
- RN3 or higher with current AHPRA registration
- Proficient in high-acuity clinical skills, including cannulation, wound management, and IV therapy
- Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Serve clients in the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions
About Vitalis:
The Hospital in the Home (HITH) division of Vitalis provides hospital level interventions in the home environment. The HITH division operates 7 days a week, 365 days, Monday to Sunday from 7am to 3pm.
