You will demonstrate your infectious passion for wellness, and use your communication and engagement skills, contributing to the Healthy Communities team in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of culturally appropriate interventions to address nutrition and health issues for the population of the South West Hospital and Health Service, in collaboration with South West Hospital and Health Service staff, relevant stakeholders from the community, and other government and non-government organisations.
You will participate in HP3 to HP4 Rural Development Pathway and the Intensive Development, including completion of all required post-graduate training and development activities that are mandatory for this position.
