About Moving Healthcare:
My name is Gabriella, and I started Moving Healthcare in 2021. I graduated as a Physio in 2013 and since then have worked in a range of settings. Of all my experience, I have always felt particularly drawn to working in the community home-based environment. I love the personal and rewarding nature of working in this way and the truly functional and tangible results that can be achieved. Here are some other reasons why I love my job and why you might too!
- I help ease peoples’ aches and pains, improve their capacity to move, achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
- I get to build therapeutic relationships with a wide range of people I might not get the chance or time to meet otherwise.
- My work life has me out and about in the world, instead of being stuck in the confines of one building. (I get to try out a variety of cafes all around Melbourne on my lunch breaks. I know all the best cafes with Wi-Fi and which are conducive to getting admin work done!)
- I have flexibility with how I schedule my days and weeks. I can find time for life admin such as going to the bank, medical appointments, and other unexpected life “stuff”.
