About the Opportunity 

We are very excited to say that the Encara family is growing and we have a community role available for an Community Occupational Therapist in Wide Bay, QLD. This can be a Part time community position or a Full time Hybrid position.
   
Community:

• Support Encara to deliver required clinical services to community clients.
• Complete documentation and reporting as per individual client requirements.  
• Dedicated administrative support team 
• Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.

The successful candidate will be ready to utilise their skills in the NDIS, Community and Aged care space and someone who is able to understand the schemes, create valuable relationships, have a pragmatic approach to managing a busy caseload and most importantly someone who is ready to help our clients achieve great results.
