Palliative Care is based on the level of need and targets patients with complex care needs. The
Community Palliative Care team are based at the McKellar Centre.
About the roleThis role you will provide clinical
Palliative Care nursing to people who have complex care needs as a result of experiencing a life limiting illness for whom the primary treatment goal is quality of life. This care is provided within an interdisciplinary team context, and in community settings. Clinical leadership, education and support is provided to
