About the role:
- Connect communities with our programs. Simple as that! It might mean helping community groups or businesses find the right way to engage with the kids in our programs, connecting a farmer with our teams on the ground, or finding funds to support kids into our programs. Our Community Partnerships Officer acts as the conduit between the communities we work in, and the boys in our programs.
- Source, build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support with major projects, including stakeholder engagement, campaigns, media, events, fundraisers, and corporate partnerships
- Contribute to telling the Boys to the Bush story to continually enhance our profile, by administering and collating survey data, managing case studies, and evaluations of programs and events
About you:
- You have a positive attitude and commitment to promoting the core values and mission of Boys to the Bush
- You thrive on stakeholder engagement and personal connections – you will be able to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, service providers, community organisations and individuals
- Proven track record in sales would be highly regarded – while this role is not sales-specific, those skills in being able to identify and pursue partnership opportunities, secure funding or resources will have you well placed for success
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated high level skills in HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- This is a permanent part-time position (0.8 FTE), however the contracted hours may be negotiated for the right candidate
- Remuneration – $65k (pro rata) + Super + access to salary packaging – comparable salary with salary packaging is $74,760
