The Role:

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Loss Recoveries Officer on an 8-month contract at their Head Office in Mulgrave.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administration managing inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Ensure all bankruptcies/liquidations are followed through and all registers kept updated
• Participate and support relevant team projects and meetings
• Maintain a high-level of customer service via all contact points
• Manage a ledger of delinquent contracts

What we are looking for:

• Dedication to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent ability to negotiate, problem-solve, resolve conflict and work in a high paced environment
• Knowledge of Bankruptcy/Liquidation requirements would be advantageous
• Knowledge of the Automotive Finance Industry beneficial
