Community Registered Nurse

Bene Aged Care provides quality residential and community home care to over 2,500 older people throughout South Australia. We have a workforce of approximately 650 employees across 6 sites and in the community, we are recognized for our exceptional person-centred care.

About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join Bene Aged Care’s – Home Care Program as a Community Registered Nurse to service our customers with differing needs and provide them with the appropriate nursing care to achieve their goal of living independently within their own home.

What will you be doing?

• Embrace the art of compassionate care, ensuring clients receive tailored support.
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Illuminate the path of well-being by administering personalized medications and treatments.
• Navigate health assessments with precision, responding adeptly to evolving client's needs.
• Nursing assessment and wound care in the community
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
