About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Registered Nurse within Adult Community Mental Health (Youth Team).

This position will offer you professional growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive culture. In this key position you will demonstrate your experience and previous success working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse to ensure high quality care is delivered to our consumers.

Employees classified as a Registered Nurse provide nursing and/or midwifery services in health service settings. Employees working within this level develop from novice practitioners to a proficient level of professional practice. You will consolidate knowledge and skills and develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience. At this level, you accept accountability for your own standards of nursing/midwifery care and for activities delegated to others.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and who holds a current practicing certificate and must be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in Mental Health practice.
