Form of workOur Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for our clients with life-limiting illness, ensuring they receive the support and comfort they need to remain at home, surrounded by friends and family they love for as long as possible. In this role you are passionate in contributing to the wellbeing and comfort of your clients and work with compassion and patience. Tasks include:
- Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians
- Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live at home comfortably
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes
- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance

- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Own vehicle/licence
- Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Previous experience in Community Nursing (mandatory)
- Previous experience in Palliative Care either in Hospital or Residential Care (mandatory)
- Be available to work evenings 4:30pm – 10pm and weekends
