Alliance Community is one of Queensland's leading providers of Community Care Nurses and is currently looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of 6-12 months mixed nursing experience within community, aged, clinic and hospitals settings. Candidates must have completed their first year (1786 hours).
Our focus is to ensure that all communities in Australia have access to premium community support services. We offer a range of working hours and shift types, giving you flexibility and variety.
About the role
In this role you will be improving health outcomes for NDIS and Community clients, empowering them to exercise their right to human-centred, quality care.
We are currently recruiting for South Brisbane; however you must be willing travel to suburbs including Burpengary.
We are also recruiting for RNs who are interested in agency shifts.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assessments
- Medication management
- Wound care
- Continence management

Skills and experience
- A minimum of 6-12 months mixed nursing experience within community, aged, clinic and hospitals settings
- Current Police Check (or ability to acquire)
- Up to date immunisations and supporting documentation
- Current Drivers Licence and Car essential
