Allen Care Services was started in 2020 as a small family business. Since then we have grown in size and support people all over the Toowoomba Region but our goal remains the same. We want our participants to be able to chase their dreams without fear or limitations. Allen Care Services provides individualised support to people living with a disability. About the Role
- Identification and escalation of clinical deterioration
- wound management
- Promote a team approach
- Catheter management and education
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care and stabilisation.
- Medication management
- Staff training
- Efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
About you
- Hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in the community
- Minimum of two years nursing experience in Australia
- Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
- Valid Australian work rights
- NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
- Dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic
- Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
