SalaryAre you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of older community members and individuals requiring care at home. Our Client, a reputable not-for-profit Aged Care and Disability Services provider, is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify individual patient care requirements through personal rapport.
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Ensure quality patient care by adhering to therapeutic and medical standards.
- Resolve patient healthcare issues using multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment following procedures and regulations.
- Administer medication and operate medical equipment as needed.
- Document patient care accurately.
- Maintain continuity of care within the team.
- Full APHRA Registration
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aged or community care (advantageous).
- Fully vaccinated.
- Experience with community clients, PAS, and Clinical Assessments.
- Knowledge of Palliative Care preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Compassionate bedside manner.
- Full Drivers License and Vehicle
- Probity checks required, including a current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check and National Police Check.
