Where you'll be workingThis role delivers care to people in their home and clinic environments who reside in the Ku Ring Gai area. The office for this centre is located at Macquarie Hospital North Ryde.
What you'll be doing
The NSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Workforce will be compassionate, competent, confident, contemporary, capable and committed to leading person-centred health care .
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as either Primary Nurse to patients within a defined geographic area or as a relieving nurse as allocated by the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM).
The RN will provide safe and quality nursing care to patients, utilising the primary nursing model of care and nursing competency standards. The RN will undertake comprehensive assessments of each patient to ascertain care needs and regularly evaluate the outcomes of care provided through reviews and assessments, maintaining up to date and accurate documentation in patient records.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant nursing experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and a diverse range of health and non-health care providers and sound experience using Microsoft Office applications and evidence of personal time management capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
Current NSW Drivers Licence.
