About the Role

Part Time, Maximum term contract until 30 June 2023
CSD Level 2 Band 1 from $ 67,330 - $72,196 per annum Pro Rata
Burswood

The Northern Psychosocial Support service has been funded to provide the Commonwealth Psychosocial Supports (CPS) program across northern suburbs. As part of the Northern Team you may be required to work between Burswood and Rockingham/Mandurah office location.

Work closely with clinical case managers and other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers

Provide a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs
Facilitate group programs
Provide 1:1 supports

Mandatory requirements:
Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility)
Up to Date covid-19 vaccinations.
Australian Working Rights
Drivers licence
Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
