The key purpose of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training and conduct competency-based assessment in specified programs in a range of settings including classroom, workplace and online environments to support this visionWe are excited about you because you have:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the community services sector, along with the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma in Community Services or higher (or similar)
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
- Current industry experience within the Community Services sector essential
- Experience working in family violence and/ or mental health is desirable
- Demonstrated experience of teaching in Vocational Education is desirable.
