What you’ll be doing in this role?
As a Linkages Care Coordinator, you will be using your people skills, ability to multitask and move with change, to assist clients referred to the program. You will provide guidance and support to link clients into the service that best meets their need. You will also help to build their individual capacity and connect them with community and mainstream services appropriate to their need and situation.

- Someone with great people skills, excellent written communication and time management skills.
