The ACAS Service Coordinator is a highly valued member within the Gippsland team as an essential contact for clients beginning their journey within aged care assessments.
As an ACAS Service Coordinator, you will provide excellence in service, community engagement and support to older Australians within our community.
You will be responsible for effective communication between clients and external stakeholders, managing bookings, consultation, administration, and perform core functions of the Gippsland ACAS and East Gippsland RAS teams.
To be successful, you will require;
- Previous experience working within the health and/or community sector.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Certificate III and/or diploma qualification in business, administration or equivalent (desirable)
