We are a small family run business who are passionate about helping people with complex needs find their independence and achieve their goals. We do this by putting all our energy and time into focusing on the individual and their needs, listening and learning and developing a shared understanding of how we can help. We then put a specialised team around that person and focus on upskilling and development to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals. We consider this work so important but so much fun at the same time - all we require in you is passion and compassion - we can train the rest!
Qualifications & experience
- 1-2 years support work experience
- Ideally physio, OT, fitness, exercise backgrounds or a passion for the outdoors!
- Must be engaging, passionate and fit!
- NDIS worker screening
- Hold a WA driving license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Dream job - Responsible for taking client to the beach for swims!
- Must have lots of energy as lots of bushwalking, swimming involved!
- Driven and enthusiastic individual with big engaging personality!
- Loves the outdoors and swimming at beach! This is a MUST!
- Goal and capacity building focused - must be engaging!
