Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our participants in the south Western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with disabilities lead independent and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to participants in various daily activities.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting participants in developing essential life skills and achieving their goals.
- Promoting community engagement and social inclusion.
- Documenting participant progress and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Employee Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
