Uconnex Community Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) approved provider that supports individuals of all ages with disabilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
Established in 2019, the Uconnex has been working hard to provide Disability Support services that align with Victorian, New South Wales, and Commonwealth Government regulations.

THE ROLE
We currently have multiple vacancies for Experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team working with a male client in a 1:1 and SIL Housing in Traralgon. We are looking for individuals available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, night shifts (active), and weekends. As a Disability Support Worker, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following tasks.
- Personal & Hygiene Care ratio 1:1
- Domestic Assistance
- Social Support & Community Access
- Medication Prompting & Assistance
As this is a complex client we are ONLY seeking experienced Disability Support workers for this position.
Our client requires 1:1 support 24/7 and will need a strong willed Support Worker. As our client is complex we are offering above national minimum wage as your experience is valued.
To be considered for this position, you must already hold or be willing to obtain the following:
- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Covid 19 VACC
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Able to pass a drug/alcohol screening test
As a successful applicant, you will work in a Team Environment, helping build the independence and capacity of SIL residents with psychological disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health, and physical needs.
